Benjamin F. Gallagher

Mr. Gallagher began his career in a busy personal injury law firm in 1985. He became an experienced litigator, trying many cases to verdict and representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and appeals.

In 1999 Mr. Gallagher formed Gallagher Law Firm where he continued representing private clients in injury claims and criminal matters in addition to practicing in the areas of insurance coverage issues, fire losses, and construction defects.

Since 2005, subrogation has been the primary direction of his practice. Tapping into his civil and criminal litigation experience, Mr. Gallagher represents clients on subrogation claims in more than 30 states.
